Cheerful New Cottage Style Family Mountain Getaway

Centrally located in the rebuilding town of Paradise. Every home on our street was lost in the 2018 Camp Fire. We are the fourth home to be rebuilt on the street. There is new hope for this small mountain community. Decorated in a cozy cottage look with comfortable beds and everything you need in our stocked kitchen. Excellent internet and a smart TV . There is an outdoor table for and gas grill. Our local marina, Line Saddle, has boat, paddle board and kayak rentals for a day on the lake.

The bedroom has a comfortable queen-size memory foam bed and a view of the waterfall and garden. This is the place to relax, be in nature and/or visit the nearby historic towns of Grass Valley, Nevada City, Ananda Village, the West Coast Falconry, and numerous wineries. Do note that this guest house does NOT have a kitchen, only a small frig and a microwave and a hot plate on request.

This spacious bungalow evokes a remote retreat while only two miles from downtown Nevada City. Situated within a one-acre manicured garden, it features a sleeping area with a comfy queen bed to one side and a sitting area with a sleeper sofa and smart TV to the other side, all below a high ceiling with four skylights. A great jumping off point to explore the Gold Country or to cocoon in the Sierra foothills.
