The olive trees surround this small stone house.The house is built from natural materials.Electricity is provided by solar panels and water is naturally sourced.Situated 10 min. drive from the beach and village of Prižba.Town Blato is 3km away where you have shops,bus stop,etc.We recommend getting to the house by car.Should you require to rent a car we can provide that service.If you are looking for a beautiful view of sea,islands,with some peace and quiet feel free to make a booking. Charming stone villa “Čovići” is situated along the Makarska Riviera above the popular seaside resort Tucepi just below impressive mountain Biokovo. We offer accommodation for 10 people. In the 'white part' here are three spacious floors with 140 m2. On the ground floor there is kitchen,dining room,gym and laundry and on the first floor there is living room an one bedroom.On second floor there is two bedrooms. The 'brown part' has two bedroom,kitchen,living room,bathroom and toilet.

The beach is 70 m underneath the villa, you can also choose to spend your time on the terrace with a private pool and everything necessary for a relaxing vacation. One part of the pool is under the villa ,its designed if its raining or its cold that in the all time guests have heated area pool. Since the villa is located on a slope, it is divided into 3 levels. It can accommodate up to 8 persons in 4 beautiful bedrooms.

Dalmatian house in Upper Podgora. Great for couples, cyclists, hikers, older ones. Pleasant climate and beautiful ambience in lavender, peaceful surroundings. 10 min from the beach. Near the entrance to nature park Biokovo (1 km) and Skywalk. If you want you can go with a car in Podgora, Tučepi or Makarska, you will be there in a 10 min drive.
