It's bright and airy inside this restored apartment, and the floors are tiled with cool marble throughout. This open plan residence expanding in two levels offers a comfortable and elegant stay. The marble along with oak wood and golden details create a simple and delightful atmosphere. The antique table with the one of a kind chairs next to the window create the perfect spot to admire the unforgetable view of the city and Lycabetous hill. The fully equipped kitchen with Smeg fridge and oven, electrical stoves and Nespresso coffee machine will make your stay feel at home. The Cocomat high quality bed and pillows will offer you tranquil and peaceful sleep. The skylight with the electric opening allows the warm gentle light of the Attican sky in the house. The all marble bathroom with two ways of shower will complete the feel of relaxation. Απολαυστε τις διακοπες σας στη Βουλα, στην πιο ησυχη γειτονια των νοτιων προαστιων. Ενα φωτεινο , ευρυχωρο διαμερισμα διπλοκατοικιας 130 τμ . με εναν ομορφο κηπο 900τμ . Το διαμερισμα εχει 3 υπνοδωματια , 1 μεγαλη κουζινα, 1 σαλονοτραπεζαρια ενιαιο με χωρο εργασιας, 1 μπανιο και 2 ανετες βεραντες .Στον κηπο μπορειτε να απολαυσετε με την οικογενεια σας η τους φιλους σας τον καφε σας , BBQ και ηλιοθεραπεια . Για τις οικογενειες με παιδια ο χωρος της πυλωτης και του κηπου ενδεικνυται για παιχνιδι.

This is a very bright and sunny condo in the northern suburb of Athens near Kifissia, in Metamorfosis. It is in a very green area, calm but also very near to the local market. It has a super market across the street. Ideal for families and working people. Near the Attiki Odos highway from the airport and the Proastiakos train, connection to the Neratziotissa train station to the city centre. Very picturesque and close to everything. Easy access to the city centre and the airport.

Με θέα την θάλασσα. Ακριβώς, όπου και να κοιτάξεις βλέπεις την θάλασσα . Το απέραντο γαλάζιο της θάλασσας σε καλεί να την απολαύσεις..Πολύ εύκολα παίρνοντας τα πράγματά σου, κατεβαίνεις με τα πόδια στην παραλία.Μια μεγάλη παραλία όπου επιλέγεις την οργανωμένη η την ελεύθερη .Το βράδυ στον κήπο του σπιτιού αγναντεύεις την θάλασσα κι ακούς τα κύματα.Έτσι ακριβώς είναι η εικόνα του σπιτιού μου.Μια μονοκατοικία άνετη με στυλ για να απολαύσετε τις διακοπές σας.
