Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

Located on the west side of Barnegat Bay in Berkeley Township, this house is a great place to vacation. This part of town is quiet with plenty of open space to kayak, canoe, boat, crab, fish, or bird watch in the back yard or enjoy the view with a coffee in the morning and glass of wine at night. At night, you have a spectacular view of stars. Casual restaurant in easy walking distance. Great Location for relaxing and getting back to nature. If you like the beach, its a short car ride away.

Our beach home has been recently updated with an open living area concept. New flooring, fresh paint and all updated. It is a cozy 2 bedroom cottage that is a 7 min walk to the beach (only 3 blocks away). A 3 min walk to the bay to view the beautiful sunsets. The home has all you need for a great vacation. It comes provided with linens, towels, and free cable & wifi. Huge yard to relax and kids to play. 1 toilet paper, 1 paper towel & soap are provided. Sorry- no prom rentals or under 25.

Family House with all amenities. Steps from the beach. Quiet and nice neighborhood. Two stores house. SELF CHECK IN. Home is close to the beach, parks, and restaurants. Enough parking lot for ab 4 cars(URL HIDDEN) House is dog friendly (2 pet max) extra fee for pets. There's not previous showing of the house while guests are staying, my guests privacy, and satisfaction are my goal. Price may vary for season to season. Property is smoke-free. Parties or events are not allow.
