Enjoy this small, gated, oceanfront condo community just steps from the Ocean w/oceanfront pool, oceanfront communal deck with outdoor furniture for you to enjoy w/private beach access. Our 1 BR condo sleeps 5 comfortably w/queen bed & twin trundle bed upstairs, full size sleeper sofa downstairs. 2 full baths, one upstairs w/walk-in shower and one downstairs w/tub/shower. Slight view of the ocean from upstairs balcony & there is a nice downstairs patio area in front of condo for your enjoyment!

Bright & airy 2 bedroom corner unit. It is clean and beautiful & offers all the comforts of home. Living room opens up onto a 20 ft balcony which offers extended views of Fernandina Beach & is the best spot to watch the sunset over the ocean & dolphins playing in the waves. Master bedroom is ocean side & has a king bed. The kitchen is fully furnished allowing for meals at home. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas included. THIS IS A TOP FLOOR UNIT. IT IS 1 of 4 IN THE BUILDING. Stay with us at this ocean front apartment in a PHENOMENAL location in Jax Beach. Walking distance to downtown Jax beach and a short drive to Neptune Beach town center. Both areas have amazing restaurants, cafes, shopping and plenty of night life. The apt is fully renovated and has everything to enjoy the salt life. It is on the 2nd floor of a 2 story 4-plex. It has its own deck space and shares a back porch with the other units.

Double Dolphin Bungalow

This is a great beach apt. located on the 1st floor. walk 1 short block to the beach and put your toes in the sand. This neighborhood is close to everything, we even have a local coffee shop a few doors down. Cute space with all tile floors and comfy furniture to kick back and relax after a day in the sun. Just for added information no central air or heat but we have window units and electric fireplace and space heaters. Will accept pets on a case by case basis $40.00 per stay pet fee.

Located just 1/4 mile from Main Beach and 2 miles from downtown Fernandina, this updated townhouse is convenient to everything the island has to offer. Beach access is just a short walk across the street and you are close enough to hear the waves! Dogs are considered but they must be approved by management.
