Escape to Mciver’s Cozy Cottage Suite, Close to Downtown

If you're looking for a couple's getaway, this is the ideal place/amount of space. However 3 or 4 people can very comfortably stay in the space as well. AT&T fiber internet, kitchenette including mini-fridge, microwave, and toaster, coffee/breakfast nook, king sized bed, the most comfortable futon you'll ever sleep on, upstairs patio, and High Def TV with cable and Amazon FireStick with HBO Now, Amazon Prime Video and ability to log in to Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube. This is an upstairs unit and most likely I will be at the property during your stay. You will have complete privacy should that be want you want, but I also love meeting new friendly faces. I am happy to provide recommendations and help you with your stay however I can! This property is in the Woodbine/Glencliff neighborhood of South Nashville, which has become one of city's hottest and fastest-growing areas, with tons of renovated and brand-new houses. There's also a straight shot into downtown from the area. If you are unfamiliar with the area, the way I recommend the most to get around is Uber or Lyft. Taking an Uber downtown during normal pricing will be somewhere around $7-9 and will save you a ton of headache from parking.

Enjoy this convenient south Nashville location. Close to the airport, next to the zoo, and a short Lyft/Uber away from downtown. Enjoy your private patio where you can grill out, play darts, and keep warm by the gas fire pit. Inside comforts include a king size memory foam mattress, large sectional with a memory foam pull out queen bed. Full kitchen, coffee maker, bar set up, TV, and high speed internet. South Nashville also has some of the best ethnic food in the city for you to explore!

Private spacious bedroom and ensuite bathroom, CA king sized bed, GREAT location! 10 minutes by car to DOWNTOWN Broadway, 11 min to Nissan stadium, 15 min to airport. Park at door to private entrance through garage. Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea in the cozy chair by the window, or stream your favorite show in the huge comfy bed. Desk & high-speed internet provide a comfortable work space. Located on a quiet neighborhood street, yet close to everything you'd like to explore in Nashville!

Cozy Guest Suite 10 Min From Heart of Nashville!

Hello and thanks for considering my Airbnb! This is a private ground-floor basement unit that has been turned into an Airbnb. It is 500 sq ft with a private entrance. Inside is 1 queen bed, a sectional sofa that could sleep up to two more people, and an air mattress that can be accommodated upon request. There is a full size bathroom with a large tub/shower and sink/vanity mirror. This unit has central heating and cooling, with a remote to change temperature to your desired comfort.

Relax and recharge at the Smith house. Our goal is to provide our guests with a comfy space that is convertible to their needs whether it be a quiet nook to spend the weekend in, or a launch pad for your Nashville adventure! Quiet neighborhood 15-20 minutes to BNA, downtown Nashville and The Grand Ole Opry. Recently renovated, 1 bedroom/studio feel with kitchenette. Full Bathroom (shower only), lofted sitting area (not currently heated or cooled). 1 queen size bed for 2 adults.
