Classic Nantucket Cottage

For June 28 through September 7, we will be renting from Saturday - Saturday with 1 week minimums. There are select dates that may require less a than a 7 night stay. Newly renovated and stylish designer cottage. This bright and airy space is the perfect escape for a couple or a group of 4. With a perfect central location, the cottage is located exactly 1.2 miles from historic main street, .3 miles from the grocery store, 1111 Yoga, Roastd Coffee Shop, and 2 miles from the Surfside Beach.

Beach "Loft"

Enjoy The Beach Loft Apartment's convenient proximity to beaches, town and S’conset. Located 4 miles from the ctr. of the Historic District and 1 mile to Nobadeer beach our lofty spacious 900 sq. ft., 10 foot ceiling height apartment is the lower level (basement) of our home. Yet you will have complete privacy with separate parking as well as separate entrance and your own outdoor deck. The neighborhood is 3 acre zoning. It is secluded and quiet with many pine trees, oak and sassafras trees.

Captain's House 1750 In town

Our 1750 house is just over a block from the cobblestones of Main St. and only one block from the harbor. You can walk from the Hy-Line Ferry. At night, just walk home from dinner at any restaurant in town. There are 3 bedrooms (1 has a bunk bed) and two and a half baths. In the morning, walk next door for great coffee and cinnamon muffin. Have a cookout and eat in our small backyard area. Come for a visit! (Restaurants, Buses and Cars can cause some noise FYI) Drip coffee maker/filters too!

"Upon a Rock" Peace & Quiet - Mid island retreat!

Our guest suite is a separate wing on the main house. It is separated by a locked door. You have your own separate private entrance. You must come into the backyard of the main house. Look for the arbor with BAIRD written on top. These is an extra charge for any guests after the first 2 guests.,$150 per guest per night. Our guest suite is not suitable for children. We do not allow pets. If you were bringing a car please let us know in advance so we can make parking arrangements

Tranquil House In Town

This 1829 cottage has been transformed into a tranquil retreat with a series of charming rooms and entertaining outdoor spaces. Entry to the living room with fireplace, dining room with fireplace, full bath with laundry, kitchen with fireplace and French doors leading out to a spacious deck. Master bedroom with cathedral ceiling has French doors that open onto a spacious deck which offers privacy for outdoor entertaining. Private bath. 2nd FL: Two bedrooms which share a full bath.

Nautical Downtown House (Sleeps 5)

Just a short 10-minute stroll from downtown, our recently renovated house offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Inside, you'll find two bedrooms, each boasting a comfortable queen bed. Our smaller office doubles as a cozy retreat, featuring a twin pull-out couch. Whether you're here to explore the island's historic charm, indulge in delicious local cuisine, or simply bask in the beauty of Nantucket, our home provides the ideal base for your adventures.

Large yard, deck & hot tub 4 bedroom, sleeps 9

**4 night minimum stay** (Except Christmas Stroll) Tucked in off the road lies a 4 bedroom home with a spacious yard, hot tub, fire pit, and deck suitable for dining or entertaining. The modest upstairs expands to a basement with a large living area, two bedrooms, and a kitchenette. The large deck is equipped for dining or entertaining. It also features an outdoor shower for after a long day at the beach. **House is winterized for cold weather stays**

Mid Island Crash Pad

A conveniently located mid-island Crash Pad for the all movers and shakers that visit Nantucket! This gorgeous, newly built one bedroom studio with its own exterior entrance is just a few steps from the bike path and shuttle that takes you right into town. This location and space offer everything you need to be comfortable in between beach jaunts or shopping trips to town. Like a hotel room, we offer a simple and affordable place to stay on ACK.

Outdoor Oasis in Town

Experience in-town living with oversized outdoor space and lawn. Only a 10-15 minute walk to Main Street, this historic home offers the convenience of an in-town location with the outdoor space usually reserved for other parts of the island. The home has two decks and an expansive yard. A patio, updated landscaping and new outdoor furniture with fire pit complete the perfect outdoor space for families and entertaining.
