The home is not a shared space, has it's own address, street frontage, and is not located in a unit complex.

The Mud Shack is a VERY dog-friendly tropical hideaway, a short stroll to Mudjimba Beach. 2+ dogs welcome and can stay inside. Large resort pool. Tropical gardens, large fenced yard, separate driveway. Fully air-conditioned. Bedroom has very comfy Queen bed. Double Sofa Bed in lounge and extra beds avail on request. Ceiling fans, screened with large dog door. Electric oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, Weber BBQ, fridge, toaster, jug, crockery, cutlery, linen, towels, free WIFI, Netflix, Stan.

Single bush retreat: Birdhide

No TV, BYO Wifi. 20' basic container. Single trundle bed. Surrounded by native bush garden, on beautiful Land for Wildlife. It's small. It's unpretentious. There's a ceiling fan when the breeze is off duty. Enjoy the shower deck. Kitchen has sink, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee pod thingamjig. You'll need a car: We're 7 min to the shops, 13 minutes to the river, 15 minutes to the surf, 25 min to the hinterland waterfalls but only 0 minutes to tranquility. Host on premises.

Mudjimba village is an untouched hidden gem that has maintained a local laid-back beach vibe out of the hustle & bustle, but only 15 mins drive to Maroochydore, Coolum, Mooloolaba & Peregian & 30 mins to Noosa & Eumundi.

The rustic timber cottage hides a lovely white, bright room with king bed and attached bathroom. The cottage is nestled in tropical gardens, with a sunny front porch where breakfast can be enjoyed. Wake to the sound of birds in the surrounding trees and the serenity of the area. The cottage is close to the airport, beaches, beautiful hinterland and scenic attractions. Several Golf courses are nearby. The landscaped pool is available to guests and there are areas of garden to explore.

Private Oasis

This 1 bedroom apartment has everything you will need. Rest and relax around the pool and then walk to the Thai restaurant for dinner. Your location is only 5 minutes drive to shopping at the Sunshine Plaza and Maroochydore, Mooloolaba beaches are close by as well (5-7km). Buderim Waterfalls are a 10 minute walk and other attractions like Australia Zoo, Sea life Mooloolaba, Ginger Factory, TreeTop challenge -Big Pineapple are within a 30 minute drive.

'Seldom Inn' - Mudjimba Beach

This light and airy air-conditioned bedroom with ensuite is ideally situated at Mudjimba Beach. Self-contained with its own private entrance, it is located in a very quiet street one block away from the surf, cafes, restaurants and shops. Guests can park right outside the door. Facilities include a bar fridge, free-to-air TV and Wifi, DVDs, toaster and complimentary tea and coffee-making facilities.

Garden Bungalow located on Sunshine Coast .Walk to beach, park, cafes. 5 mins drive from airport and supermarket. Walk to public transport. The Space - has a living area ,dinning area, kitchen with gas cook top ( no oven) 120 L. fridge, kettle, toaster, iron, TV, DVD, CD . Please note- my place is not suitable for young children, we live on an acreage with no fence, we have big dam and wildlife.
