The apartment is located in a historical house, we have tried to preserve the unique charm of a stone Croatian house, although the whole interior and equipment is ultra modern. 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room and kitchen. All rooms have air conditioning and fiber optic internet. About our kitchen: we have put a lot of effort into it, restoring all the stone elements. There is a cozy patio with a roof of grapes and an ancient well. It is a 6 minute walk down the steps to the beach.

Niet ver is Opatija door het milde mediterrane klimaat een beroemd kuuroord met prachtige Habsburgse villa’s, parken en boulevard (Lungomare, langs de zee 5 kilometer tot Lovran met oude centrum in Romeinse bouwstijl). Bezoek Ucka natuurreservaat, 160 km2 ongerepte natuur, bergtoppen, zeldzame flora en fauna (hoogste piek 1400 meter).

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Our property, Patrician's House, built in stone at the end of the 17th century. Originally Patrician's House. The house is full of historical features. It includes two apartments on the 1st floor, classic style. It also has a large communal space on the ground floor with a fireplace, and a beautiful courtyard, an oasis of serenity and relaxation.
