De ruimte is voorzien van een koelkast, magnetron, kleine oven en een koffiezetapparaat dat zowel filterkoffie als koffiepads zet. Een ruim terras met buitenzitplaats, een grill en een elektrische roker. Een half blok van Lowe's Foods, Banks Grill, Nacho Brewery en Loretta's Pizza. Het ziekenhuis ligt op een mijl afstand.

We kijken ernaar uit je te ontvangen in Promise Land Studio. We bevinden ons in een vriendelijke buurt, twee straten verwijderd van het geluid met toegang tot het water. We liggen op loopafstand van het centrum van Morehead City met restaurants, bars, winkels, nachtleven, duikwinkels, kunstgaleries, charterboten, vissen en kajakken. Je wandelt naar Shevans Park of rijdt in vijf minuten naar het centrum van Beaufort, in vijf minuten naar Atlantic Beach en in 25 minuten naar Cherry Point. Toegang tot de boothelling is 2 blokken verderop (1 minuut).
