Our home is completely renovated and ready for your family to enjoy. We also have a fenced yard and parking in the driveway as well as on the street. You will love the private outdoor space for BBQ's or a cozy night lounging around the firepit. The kitchen is fully stocked for meal prep, and the kitchen table expands to seat 8 people. 4 bedrooms 3 full baths consisting of 4 King bedrooms. 1 Queen pull out Murphy bed. A crib located in the primary bedroom. Located mins away from University of Dayton, Wright state University and less than 30 mins from Wilberforce. Host home of the NCAA First Four Tournament. There are total of 5beds to sleep on based on 2 persons per bed. We also have sofa and you're welcome to use air mattress if you like in the laundry room. No more than 12 persons can stay per night.
