In 2015 the house was completely renovated with an extension built using straw bales that keeps the house cool in the summer an warm in the winter. Onze gerestaureerde boerderij ligt op een kleine heuvel met vrij uitzicht over een mooie vallei met sinaasappel-, carobe-, vijg-, olijf- en amandelbomen. Een ware oase midden in de natuur en toch vlakbij het strand (7 km) en stadjes zoals Fuseta, Olhão en Tavira.
