Welcome to Hatzic! Beautiful countryside where friends & family can relax soaking in our ultra clean hot tub and swimming pool. (pool open June 1 - Sept 31) Our suite sleeps up to 8 guests, perfect for bridal parties, sturgeon fishermen, outdoor enthusiasts, or the whole family. We are child/pet friendly but please do not leave either unattended inside or outside. Designed as a nod to my heritage, Skoghus ('forest house' in Norwegian) was crafted for relaxation, and reconnecting with nature. The treehouse sits in the centre of a Scottish Highland cattle farm, with pasture and forest in all directions. From the yard, you'll be able to observe and engage with the farm's cattle when they come by. Inside, you can disconnect and unwind, with luxury amenities. The dwelling is completely unique and provides a very special feeling while living in the trees.

Parking for 3 vehicles. Fully equipped kitchen! Fast wifi, 55" Smart TV, books, games, go for a walk, relax in the antique clawfoot tub. BBQ and fire pit. Dock, lake access for kayaking is June to early Sep. (high season). Limit 4 adults per booking with up to 6 guests including children. No events.

As a farm and since we live on site, our suite will still be allowed under BC's new AirBnB restrictions. With its own private entrance, this bright, south facing suite offers 2 acres of outdoor space with views of Mount Baker from our partially covered patio. Hike one of the nearby trails, feed our chickens, ducks or goats, or just watch the grass grow. Ask about seasonal homestead workshops like making cheese or picking your own apples and making fresh cider.
