If you're not familiar with this area the dams failed in 2020 but there is still a ton to enjoy on the property and the surrounding area. The home features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, separate rec room (pool table, dart board, bar, arcade, tv) BBQ grill, hot tub, scavenger hunt, yard games, etc.....

You & your family/friends will love your stay in this cozy upgraded cottage with an enormous deck & sunset views like no other.

Nice three-bedroom home located in quiet neighborhood of Saginaw Township. Close to restaurants and shopping. There is a fourth bed (queen) in the finished basement for larger parties. This small one bedroom, one bathroom getaway is just the right size for 2-3 people. There is a paved trail just a short walk down the road that connects to the Bay City State Park and Tobico Marsh trails.
