La maison est dotée de 4 chambres et de 4 salles de bain et la bergerie de 2 chambres et de 2 salles de bain. Les cuisines de chaque bâtisse sont ouvertes sur le salon offrant 2 espaces ouverts et conviviaux, propices aux retrouvailles. Les maisons sont équipées d'un poêle à bois (bois fourni d'octobre à Mars).
