This is a fully-equipped mini-apartment. There is a kitchen/living-room area and a small balcony. The bedroom is spacious with en-suite bathroom, new double bed, large wardrobe, and sofa. transport to Venice and the Mestre train station is very close. My prices are based on persons per night because I hate to penalize single travellers so please book for the right number of people. We have self check-in but if you prefer to mee a person to show your document you have to pay an extra service.

Recently restored portion of villa sorrounded by a delicious garden, 10 minutes from Venice and really close to Mestre Railway station and bus stop. Located in the residential area of Marghera called "città giardino". Families with children and small pets are always welcome! We speak English, German and Spanish. Internal car parking available. The touristic city tax (€4,00 for each adult per night) is not included in the price and it has to be paid at the check in. Renovated October 2023!!!

Mijn appartement ligt op slechts 10 minuten met de tram of de bus van Venetië, prachtige art-stad, op 400 meter van de 'University Campus Wetenschap van Ca' Foscari, 10/05 minuten lopen van het station (900 meter), de bushalte ligt 100 meter, 50 meter is er een McDonald's Interspar, WFP, en een aantal restaurants. L 'snelweg 2 km, Padova in 30 minuten, Treviso, Gardaland met de trein. En 'geschikt voor koppels, alleenstaande avonturiers, zakenreizigers en gezinnen (met kinderen).

E' presente un ampio e vivibile soggiorno, nel quale è presente un divano letto utilizzabile da altre due persone; non per ultimo il bagno completo di bidèt. Sono forniti sia gli asciugamani, sia la biancheria da letto (è presente una lavatrice da poter utilizzare liberamente); nell'appartamento c'è il wi-fi gratuito, ed è dotato di smart tv.

L'appartamento ha un suo stile unico, colorato, accogliente, come Venezia stessa :-). Il posto è ideale per una coppia o due amici . Può andare bene anche per una famiglia con un bambino. Se viaggiate da soli, chiedeteci un prezzo speciale! L´apartamento é situato a Carpenedo, la piu bella area di Venezia Mestre, tranquilla, verde e facilmente raggiungibile dal centro storico. Nella camera da letto c´é una tipica maschera veneziana del sole e la luna in abbraccio.

Posizione molto comoda: Venezia-Mestre stazione treni, 12 min a piedi. 20 min in auto da Venezia airport 35 min in auto da Treviso airport
