This Victorian gardener's lodge house has recently been refurbished to create an idyllic country escape. Situated just out of town, this pretty country cottage is set within one corner of the main house's walled kitchen garden. Cosy up with a book in front of the log burner, or enjoy a morning coffee in the small cottage garden at the front, with views across arable fields & woodland. Relax with a glass or two on the stone paved terrace at the back of the cottage, the best place for a sundowner.

Wisteria Cottage is a beautiful four bedroom, listed building, set in an idyllic historic village. Perfect setting for family holiday or for people who enjoy the countryside and glorious walks. Bluewater is close by. Wisteria cottage is great for those wanting a getaway that offers nearby vibrant city as well as beautiful countryside. We have recently modernised the cottage, it’s a brilliant space! We have put a climbing frame in the garden for hours of fun for the little ones. Relax and enjoy.

Close to places of interest, train station, bus routes and M2 / M20 motorways . Superfast Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, fridge/freezer, combination microwave, hob, coffee/hot water machines and many extras. Double bed with Simba memory foam mattress , Chesterfield sofa Off-road parking and full access to large garden area. A secure bicycle store also available.

Room 4 at Orchard Cottage (Double)

The Annex at Orchard cottage offers a semi-rural stay. Positioned away from the Towns, yet only minutes drive away from Rochester and many local attractions and businesses. Close to the M2 and Medway tunnel for easy travel anytime of day. The Annex offers guests a private lockable room with en-suite toilet and shower. With its own dedicated shared Kitchen and Conservatory with garden seating area. A great place to stay for a visit or a home away from home for people traveling for work.

The room available is a double room. Nearby to good transport links to London, M25 and A2. 5 minutes drive to the Chatham Dockyard, 15 minutes drive to Rochester. Close to Gillingham Business Park and Medway City Estate. Close to Bluewater and Hempstead Valley Shopping Centres. Not suitable for kids.
