Tutaj zachwyca szum lasu, zachody słońca nad jeziorami, czysta woda i to coś, czego nie spotkacie nigdzie indziej. To miejsce zasługiwało tylko na piękne domy, w których są sny a wokół sosny. Masuria is a beautiful region of Poland where natural lakes surround us on all sides. For us, contact with the ubiquitous Masurian nature is especially important. That's why only six houses are located on a large area at comfortable distances for guests. The glass in the living room and the spacious terrace provides unique views regardless of the time of day or year (the houses have a fireplace and central heating). The shared area consists of extensive lawn areas and a vegetable garden.

At a distance of 150m there are 2 beaches on Lake Sunowo, and the area offers forest trails, bicycle and canoe routes.
