Nana's CabinNana's Cabin is located on a private pond 4 miles from downtown Talkeetna. This charming log home was built in 1991 by local builders for their mother (Nana). Perfect for all seasons, accommodations include a full kitchen and one bathroom. There is a 1/2 mile walking trail on the property. Host, Diane is also Studio Z Yoga's instructor. She offers weekly classes, private instruction, yoga therapy, and custom workshops. Prices and schedule are on her website. NO PETS - Please don't ask!

Red John’s cabin In 2017 Red Johns cabin was placed on Alaska’s 10 most endangered historic properties list by the AAHP. In 2018/2019 this adorable cabin was restored with help from Alaska’s Historic Preservation Fund. It is one of 13 buildings contributing to Talkeetna’s historic district on the NPS National Register of Historic Places. History and Charm!!!
4X4 needed for winter. A small Subaru with good tires will have no trouble. Secluded solar powered tiny house with King size bed, black out blinds, kitchen. deck, BBQ, rain water shower, and composting toilet. Tea, coffee, and hot coco provided. Wood stove, Wood provided. The cabin has heat if you don't want to use the wood stove. The cabin will be warm when you arrive. Stereo with bluetooth. USB chargers. Power for Cpap machines. Pets are allowed with a $20 cleaning fee.

It is furnished with new couches, beds, kitchen appliances et cetera. The walls are decorated with thoughtfully chosen artwork.

Small cabin at Pinochle Trail Campground. Hike or ride from your cabin. 4 bunks, a small dinette and kitchen counter in cabin. Foam mattresses, electricity, heat and coffeepot are provided but you'll need to bring pillows , sleeping bags and drinking water. An out house is across the driveway. If snow is deep or you're 2WD you may have to park at trailhead parking and walk or ride about 300 feet in to cabin.
