We Dig It - Magnolia Beachfront Cottage

Bring the family or a group of fishing buddies to this great place with lots of room for fun and lots of amenities. This home has its own private beach (this is a shell beach, not like a gulf beach), immediately adjacent to Magnolia Beach Park. Only 200 yards from the boat ramp, this cozy cottage has amazing views of Matagorda Bay with a patio to enjoy the sunrise. Five miles down Magnolia Beach is Indianola Fishing Marina, which has a bar and restaurant with great food, and a fishing dock.

Welcome to MBCC with great updates in Sterling shores second row. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, 2 decks front and back to take in the breeze and view wildlife. Garage downstairs with a toilet and sink . Outdoor shower to wash off with hot/cold water. Charcoal grill, extra outdoor chairs for beach, umbrellas, Jinga, boogies boards. Washer & dryer. Great kitchen fully stocked with an awesome dining table to eat at or play games. Check out is 12:00 sharp. We have a 3 day minimum during holidays.
