Situated in a quiet area of Marsaskala, this modern airconditioned maisonette offers tranquillity, relaxation and calm. The crystal clear Mediterranean sea is enough to urge you to go for a dip in summer or for a walk along the cliffs during our mild winters. The house is next by the sea and the rocky beach is only a couple of steps (literally!) away, which would allow you to go for a swim and come back up in a matter of minutes. Bright and central studio apartment near promenade

This is a private studio apartment with its own private elevated entrance (10 stairs). It is served with private shower, kitchenette equipped with microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, breakfast table and air-conditioning. The property has just been renovated. Forming part of the first floor in our house, it is designed to accommodate two guests for short let holidays. Walking distance from Marsascala's promenade, rocky beaches, 100 metres away from bus stops and basic amenities.

Very spacious, modern finished third floor apartment is served with lift. Coin meter Air-conditioning in the main bedroom and living area. The apartment includes open plan kitchen/dining living. Double bedroom with walk in wardrobe and separate bathroom with walk in shower. Apartment is close to all amenities including restaurants and public transport and is situated 2 mins walk to the sea (one of the nicest beach in Malta). Neighbourhood is particularly quite and friendly.

Seafront corner apartment with very large terrace right on the sea & its' prime assets are the breathtaking views of the bay all around. This apartment is a "one of". Swimming means just going down the stairs. The apartment has just been refurbished and everything is new. It consists of two double bedrooms, both bedroom are fully airconditioned. Fully furnished and air-conditioned kitchen/dining/sitting room. Second floor, no lift. All necessities. Strong Wifi.

This charming, bright and airy maisonette is ideally located in the lovely seaside village of Marsascala, only a minute walk to the seafront. It is very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen and living area with TV, and three bedrooms accommodating up to six guests. Strong Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all rooms. Various convenience stores, restaurants and bars are located very close by and a bus stop is only a minute walk away.
