Favoloso fronte spiaggia con tutti i comfort

Ottima soluzione per chi desidera vivere il mare ad ogni ora del giorno, è un fronte spiaggia composto da due camere da letto matrimoniali, ognuna con il proprio bagno, e una sala cucina vista mare con divano letto. Punto forza è indubbiamente la spaziosa terrazza vista mare da cui si possono godere dei meravigliosi tramonti ed è attrezzato con tavolo, sedie e ombreggiante elettrico. Per i nostri ospiti ricca colazione e kit cortesia igiene persona/casa. Zona ben servita da attività commerciali

Prenditela con calma in questo spazio unico e rilassante. Spazi concepiti per rilassarsi e passare una vacanza indimenticabile a pochi metri da un mare cristallino. La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort, pensata per allietare il tempo con amici e famiglia, grazie ad ambi spazi all'aperto, protetti da un porticato bellissimo ed accogliente. La vacanza perfetta “A CASA DI SANDRA”….. ……Meraviglioso appartamento…situato nella marina di Porto Cesareo a 100 metri dal mare. La spiaggia e’ raggiungibile a piedi così come il centro del paese con i suoi negozietti e ristorantini. Realizzato a misura di vacanza..appagante, comodo e lussuoso! La vicinanza al mare ti consentirà di abbandonare il caos della vita quotidiana godendoti il Salento fantasticamente rappresentato dalla splendida città di Porto Cesareo!

° A two level house right on the beach. ° Terrace only a couple of meters from the sea. ° Modern design, new amenities, beautifully furbished. ° Ideally located to visit the jewels of the Salento, Italy's heel. ° Spectacular beach in seaside town. Desolate in winter. Great fun in high season. ° 55' from Brindisi Airport. ° Thomas and Els used to be the owners of another very appreciated holiday home. La villetta si compone di due piani: p.t cucina, soggiorno e bagno-lavanderia; al 1° piano 2 camere matrimoniali e 1 doppia, bagno e balconi.
