There is a very spacious living area with a sofa and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the garden and the pool through glass shutters. The bathroom upstairs has a walk-in shower. Outside, a lovely patio with barbecue and view on the rolling hills of Campania. Also, a table and chairs for outside dining, and sunbeds and deckchairs to relax in the sun.

Umringt von alten Bäumen schwebt man über dem Golf von Policastro. Eine angenehme Brise weht stetig vom Meer her über die Terrassen. Der Monte Coccovello zeichnet die Linie zwischen Himmel und Natur. Hier hat man Weitsicht, Ruhe und Frieden. Das Haus liegt an einer Straße, die ausschließlich von Anwohnern befahren wird. Man kann den Glocken von Kuehen, Pferden und Ziegen lauschen und dem Wind auf dem Meer zu sehen. Über eine schöne Landstraße gelangt man in 15 Minuten zum Meer bei Sapri.
