Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this spacious house on half an acre is a perfect tropical getaway for 6. The property features a studio suite with queen bed, kitchenette, and full bathroom-attached to a larger 2-bedroom house with 2 queen beds, a full kitchen, and a full bathroom. A great home to get together while still having a bit of privacy. NO EVENTS.

We are 5 minutes driving distance from Medio Mundo beach and Playa De Los Machos. We have many places nearby such as Amigos Supermarket, Brisas Mini market, Gas station, Avis's car rental, Sports complex called Pista Atletica de Ceiba that provides, Running track, Pickle ball court, Basketball court. Relax at this peaceful place to stay. Terraza del Sol is a beautiful penthouse! It's got 2 rooms, 1 bathroom, and killer ocean views. You can see Vieques and Culebra from here, and we're super close to Marina Safe Harbor Puerto del Rey and just a quick 10-minute drive from the Ferry. This place is a special mix of ocean and mountain views, perfect for chilling out and enjoying beautiful sunrises or catching an epic moonrise with the soothing sound of the coqui in the background.
