Beautiful cottage in stunning setting.

Classic thatched english country cottage in stunning setting in midst of Area of Natural Beauty. All rooms very bright and airy (all rooms dual aspect windows) with a kitchen flooded with light with french doors opening out onto the 1/3 acre garden and surrounded by fields. Cottage is short level walk to Colyton which has 3 pubs, 4 cafes, chippy, butcher, 2 small supermarket, gym, a post office, library, hairdressers, garden centre, lovely walks, a river, 2 football pitches, tennis courts etc

2 Pound Cottage is a romantic, luxury cottage for 2 in one of England's finest villages (according The Telegraph). Chocolate box pretty, it is perfect for a romantic break. Wake to the sound of church bells, eat breakfast in bed then head out to explore the beauty and peace of Dartmoor. On your return to the cottage, relax in the deep, deep bath with a bottle of fizz, listen to vinyl on the record player or sink into the sofa and read a book. Peace and Tranquillity -Hot Tub- Dog Friendly

Secluded cottage with outstanding 360 degree views of Blackdown Hills, AOB. The cottage is bright and airy, well decorated with quality furnishings, Large gardens with shrubs, flowers, trees, Jacuzzi, swings and trampoline. There is a well fitted kitchen, utility and large Conservatory. Our dog friendly cottage sits 100 metres from the lane, where parking is available. Access is via a gate and a mowed path leads up across a field to the cottage. (No vehicle access - see photos.)

The South West Coastal Path runs opposite our front door and our guests have seasonal access to a heated outdoor pool. We designed Bay Tree Cottage to be a home away from home, with plenty of special touches that make it a place you’ll remember. Set in the private, landscaped grounds of Willingcott Valley, summer guests (June to Sept) will also have access to the heated outdoor swimming pool.
