Situated in the grounds of an impressive country house, the Goat Shed is the stylishly renovated ground floor of a 19th century barn, with a kingsize four poster bed, claw foot bath and woodburning stove. Deer roam through the gardens, and our wood burning stove makes nights in perfectly cosy. A great spot from which to explore the forest, or simply relax in comfort.

Three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite). It is a short walk to the local shops, pubs, restaurants and railway station. Ponies, donkeys and cattle often come by the gate. April Cottage, a comfortable cosy two bedroom terrace cottage set in the middle of a delightful village, with our friendly local pub and shop offering scrumptious local produce. Nestled in the heart of the New Forest with only a short drive to nearby beaches, open forest and the charming market town of Lymington, with its picturesque town quay, boutique shops, and bustling Saturday market. Not far away is Bournemouth, with long golden sandy beaches, theatres, restaurants and nightlife.

Our place is an amazing Bolthole, set in the North of the New Forest national park, only 20 mins drive from Winchester. A home from home, with all the creature comforts you could wish for. It makes a perfect base to explore the Forest and the surrounding areas. If you are looking for a quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle of life with plenty to discover then look no further. The Bothy is Immersed in the beauty and tranquility of the forest with ponies and donkeys grazing nearby.

Bramblings, New Forest cottage by the green

Bramblings is in a magical position, at the edge of Lyndhurst, on the green and just over the cattle grid. It is just a short walk in to Lyndhurst for restaurants, cafes and shopping and there are great walks and cycling direct from the house. Remember to keep the gate shut whenever you are coming and going as the ponies, donkeys and cows are free to meander just outside and they are always keen to help themselves to the greenery in the garden.

The Cottage by The Quay

Our cottage is steps away from the quayside in the old harbour. It is quiet in the walled garden, but all around are shops, cafés and restaurants. The high street is two minutes walk away but ten minutes' walk takes you past the seawater baths and out on the salt marshes to the sea. You can hop on a ferry to the Isle of Wight in 15 minutes. Lymington is a grand town and our cottage is beautifully placed for exploring it!

** please note music festival 6-7 July you can walk to green 2 mins is busy ! Seashell cottage is a modern, cosy two bedroom holiday cottage sleeping upto 4 people plus space for infant in cot. We are situated in a Small Mews development one of six cottages in Milford on sea stones throw from the village green and the beach. Price includes linen and few towels but please bring extra.
