With a total of 4 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 8 people. Outside, a private pool invites you for a refreshment during hot summer days. The pool can be heated on guest request, with additional fee. Sea View Villa Cala Royal is located in a beautiful Istrian town of Krnica, within walking distance of 3 restaurants, a grocery shop, and a bakery, just 2 km to the sea, beach, and harbor! The villa has its own private infinity poolfrom 27 April to 30 September)and a nice garden with an automated irrigation system. The garden is fenced. The sea view is offered from a part of the BBQ area and from the master bedroom with a balcony :) The villa is modern, comfortable, and tastefully furnished.

Air conditioning and floor heating in all rooms. It is located in charming village of Žgombići not far from Malinska on the island of Krk.

Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.
