This is a private space, not a shared one. I’m rarely home due to work, and I value privacy. It features 2 bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed (please note: NO sofa bed). Restaurants, bars, shops, etc. walking distance or short drive. Open concept. Kitchen fully stocked plus extra space for your own items. Small high top table with 2 stools. Both bedrooms have 1 full sized bed. Primary bedroom has walk-in closet. Utility room with washer/dryer. Central air. Backyard has patio furniture & gas grill.

It has plenty of room for storage, central air, and a big front yard to spend evenings after a day at the ocean. The house is a short 5 min drive from the beach, that is a 10 minute bike ride or a 25 minute walk. Located in a very convenient area, you are near Bradley Beach, Belmar, Ocean Grove and Asbury Park, so you can choose your vibe!
