Geniet van de benedenverdieping met een 85-inch tv, een prachtige houten Stiga pingpongtafel en een speeltafel (we bieden zelfs pokerchips). BBQ-grill op de patio. Huisdieren zijn van harte welkom. Omheinde achtertuin. Volledig gevulde keuken. Veel extra's aangeboden om te anticiperen op een comfortabel verblijf. Als je vergeten bent het in te pakken - we hebben het! Handige toegang tot HWY. Genesteld op 3 prachtige hectare omheind terrein. 4 slaapkamers (3 met ensuite), volledig uitgeruste keuken, projector, vuur, bbq, plus meer! Deze accommodatie ligt in de buurt van meerdere evenementenruimtes, waardoor het ideaal is voor kleine bijeenkomsten of om te genieten van het platteland. Kinderen en huisdieren houden van de enorme buitenruimte om rond te dwalen en te spelen. Er is een charmante trein die de achterkant van het pand rijdt, wat zorgt voor een unieke en leuke achtergrond. Een fantastische hondvriendelijke brouwerij op loopafstand.

Echt uniek historisch pand omgebouwd tot een ruime, gezellige loft in het hart van Zuid-KC. Deze 100 jaar oude ruimte(5 min van HS Truman boerderij). Hij sprak in dit stadium van zijn eerste politieke campagne) is volledig gerenoveerd met betonnen aanrechtbladen, prachtig gewelfde plafonds, grote badkamer, ingebouwde werkruimte en zelfs een leuke kinderkamer.
