De studio bevindt zich in het souterrain van ons herenhuis, in een rustige, groene buurt in een voorstad van Amsterdam (dus níet in het centrum) en grenst aan een park en het Amsterdamse Bos. De studio heeft een eigen toegang naar de straat. U kunt contactloos in- en uitchecken. Op 3 minuten zijn directe busverbindingen naar Amsterdam-Musea en Centrum (20 min) en Schiphol (30 min). Buiten stadscentrum, rustig verblijf!

Het biedt comfortabel plaats aan 2 personen en is volledig nieuw (2021). Gezellige woonkamer met TV, volledig ingerichte keuken, comfortabel kingsize bed, WIFI en mooie badkamer. U heeft een eigen parkeerplaats direct naast het apt, evenals een eigen terras met eettafel en comfortabele strandstoelen. Uw hond is van harte welkom, wij laten slechts 1 hond toe.

Zoek niet verder! Ons appartement gelegen in het hart van de stad, met prachtige grachten en een historische achtergrond, is de perfecte locatie voor een filmset of gewoon een weekendje weg. Zo staat het romantische bankje uit de populaire film 'The Fault in Our Stars' recht voor onze deur. Je bent binnen enkele minuten lopen bij het Anne Frank Huis, het Rijksmuseum en het Vondelpark. Maar ook het bruisende nachtleven van Amsterdam is om de hoek, met tal van bars en restaurants op loopafstand.

After barbecuing, you paddle a round on your SUP through the beautiful villa district and watch the sunset from the water. In the winter, you sit comfortably with your hot chocolate by the fireplace and play board games. At the end of the day, you flop down satisfied in the hanging chair in the sunny conservatory.

Very comfortable Houseboat, mahony wooden walls, art nouveau style, with terras on very central location overvieuwing the river. After a break of 4 coronayears, we are back into bussiness. In that 4 years we took the chance to renew our bathroom, renew our steering wheel cabin, a lot of painting on the deck, 3 new roofdeck ligts, and some technical adjustments you cannot see, but will make your stay more comfortable. there is centtral heating and airco for hot summer days.
