Free parking available, easy access to Bay, and Cardiff. Open plan living room and new kitchen upstairs, bedroom and shower room downstairs. Teas, coffees and all toiletries, iron/board and hairdryer. Smart TV, WiFi, Washing m/c. Property has own entrance, secure key-box and alarm system. Close to Tesco express, Lidl. Cottage in Bute Park

Once part of the farm belonging to the Marquess of Bute. Close to the city centre, Cardiff Uni, Bute Park and Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. If you like the unusual you should love this cottage because of the location and quirky old fashioned charm of the place. It suits families, visiting academics and small groups. Good WIFI. I am soon to remove the sofa bed downstairs -. Please feel free to enjoy the paved area and lawn outside the front door. See other things to note below.

Set over three floors with two double bedrooms it is ideally located within 5min walk of Mermaid Quay and easily accessible (c. 20 mins walk from Cardiff Central Train Station and c. 15 mins drive from the M4). Tucked away from busy roads, it is quiet at night allowing you to enjoy a good night's sleep. Free roadside parking is available directly outside the property. A great choice for a city centre stag-do for up to 19 people. The location is fantastically convenient - only 10 minutes walk to Cardiff city centre with its array of bars, clubs and shops. The house has a hot tub and outside social area, while inside the spacious ground floor offers a TV, a fully loaded games room and an arcade games room. Lots of extra space including five bedrooms, two toilet/shower rooms, a downstairs toilet and a small kitchen/dining room.
