Welcome to The Ledges! This spacious, top (3rd) floor condo was recently renovated from floor to ceiling with some of the nicest finishes at the lake. This home has two bedrooms (3 beds) and two bathrooms, and is located at one of the lake's most desirable mile markers (MM20). Lounge at one of the 2 on-site pools or take a dip in the lake from the beach. Wind down after a day in the sun and watch a movie with the family on the 85 inch TV. A 10x30 boat slip is also able to be rented for $25/day

Welcome to our SWS Ozark Retreat on mile marker 12, near the Bagnell Dam strip. This top floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has been completely remodeled. Comfortably fit six guests. Swim and soak year round in the indoor heated pool and hot tub. Enjoy the lake front outdoor pool during the summer. Very well stocked kitchen. Grill out on the spacious back deck. Lots of extras: pool towels and floaties, foldable wagon, wireless chargers, USB stations. 10x24 boat slip, no hoist available for rent too.

Sofa, and dining table included. Great area for fishing, golfing, boating, cycling, hiking, or head out to the entertainment area at Htoad or Shady Gators. There is a community dock and parking for your trailer as well.

Waterfront with few steps! W/12’ x 30’ Boat slip

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located condo. Ground floor unit with one flight of stairs down to the unit and then a half flight down to the water and the first slip on the dock! The 12’ x 30’ slip can be seen from the deck, close enough to call in fishermen for dinner time! Close to the mall, restaurants, and great hiking. The address is on Eagleview Drive for a reason, with the State Park just across the water eagles are often seen flying in the area. Enjoy!!
