Plockton - Unique Thatched Cottage

This truly unique thatched cottage enjoys a central yet peaceful location in the the beautiful village of Plockton. The cottage sleeps two in studio style accommodation, with shower room and a well equipped kitchen. It is close to the loch, perfect for kayaking, and just a short stroll to pubs, restaurants, shops or even seal trips, the location is perfect. It is truly unique and centuries old, but has modern comforts throughout and even its own off street parking, a rare find in Plockton!

With double bedroom and ensuite shower room. Super views of Loch Harport from glass doors & decking. Ideally situated for exploring the island. Carbost village 1km with local shop, post office, cafes, pub & the famous Talisker Distillery. 5 min drive to Fairy pools, Talisker & Glenbrittle beaches and the magnificent Cuillins

Foulis Castle Gate Lodge

Foulis Gate Lodge is a Highland cottage on the Gates of an historic, private, Highland estate with its own drive. The secluded location offers direct access to extensive gardens. The nearest amenities are 2miles in Evanton or 5miles to the ancient Burgh of Dingwall. Foulis Castle is a 15 min walk away from the Storehouse Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore/beach of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat 9-5pm). My place is good for NC500 travellers, couples, and business travellers.

The cottage is a warm & comfortable haven at the end of the road, right on the shore. Stay in the best of the West Highlands, near the iconic Eilean Donan Castle, Dornie, Kintail, Plockton, Glenelg, Applecross & Isle of Skye. The landscape is wild and spectacular. This area is one of the most beautiful places in the world! Fantastic walks, wildlife, castles & brochs, seafood, bakery and a chocolatier! North Morar Pod

PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION PRIOR TO BOOKING. Our camping pod is set in the small village of Bracara and has stunning uninterrupted views of Loch Morar. Please note: We DO NOT have Wi-Fi or phone reception at the pod (phone reception is available around 1.5 miles back along the road en route to the pod) We are situated a short 5 minute drive to the famous Morar Silver Sands and Camusdaroch beaches and 10 minutes from Mallaig village where guests will find shops, bars and restaurants.

Shore-side house with a sandy beach just across a very quiet lane. Stunning view of Broadford Bay & Beinn na Caillich. Excellent base location for touring Skye & the surrounding area. After four great years of hosting with AirBnB within in our home, we've used the covid hiatus to transform the old croft house into a spectacular and luxurious retreat. In previous reviews, you'll see up to four guests in one room; this has been upgraded to 2 guests in the whole cottage...
