Fully renovated in April 2023 it features modern design, thought-out layout, 2 new air-conditioners and hand-painted murals that will make your photos pop! In 60 sqm there is living room with smart TV, designated working desk, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven and coffee machine, dining zone, bedroom with new king mattress, bathroom with rain shower, balcony. There are two bedrooms , one dining room and living room for the big family. The room is faced to the sea. It is a nice view. Nice swimming pool , fitness room, snooker table and sand pond for the little kids to play. The seafood restaurant is just walking distance. It is not expensive and fresh.
