This brand new house is located in Ban Nai Suan area, pretty much the heart of the island and convenient for reaching everywhere: -Haad Rin (famous for full moon): 20min -Other beaches: 10min -Main pier: 5 min -Big supermarkets downtown: 5 min. -Petrol station, 7/11 and Family Mart: 2 min -Laundry shop jsut in front. The area offers you a beautiful landscape, local people, coconut trees, and very quiet at night. You will wake up by the sound of the nature (many different types of birds around)

During the evening, you can watch stunning sunsets from your swimming pool. It is an eco-friendly project. We decided no to put AC but insulation instead to reduce the heat.

Baanmoonjan house is located in Chaloklum village near the beach. There are 1 bedroom with air conditioner and fan, living room, kitchen, bath room with hot shower, terrace, and free Wi-Fi. The house is located north of the island and near market, restaurants, coffee shop, drugstore, 7-eleven, bike&car rental shop, beach. It's convenience to live this area.
