Rustig verblijf voor koppels om te ontspannen bij het zwembad (opent lente/sluit medio oktober) of om te genieten van de vuurplaats. Verstelbaar kingsize bed, keuken (magnetron, kleine oven, koelkast en koffiebar) en ruime badkamer met douche. Restaurants, fastfood en supermarkt binnen 15 minuten. Eigen ingang, wifi en parkeergelegenheid.

Je zit direct naast de UTK-campus, tegenover de ag-campus. Er is een mix van bewoners in het gebouw... afgestudeerde studenten en jonge professionals, evenals wat ouder... sommige gepensioneerd. Het gebouw is ongeveer 60 jaar oud... omgebouwd van appartementen naar appartementen. Het is niet chique. Maar het is dichtbij veel dingen…veel restaurants…Publix-supermarkt...fiets-/wandelpaden. Het centrum van Knoxville is een GEWELDIGE plek om dag of nacht rond te zwerven en je bent binnen ongeveer 5-8 minuten met de auto.
