We have just finished refurbishing this self-contained cottage. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, in the centre of a rural village so is very quiet. Walking distance to local cafes, supermarket, parks, pub, post office, parks, golf course, tennis courts. It is completely self contained with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom/loungeroom with TV/DVD, air conditioning, ceiling fan. The comfortable one bedroom cottage is located on our 450 acre working cattle property. We are close to the seaside towns of Shellharbour and Kiama. You can enjoy the beaches and then come home and just sit and gaze at the views of the farm. We have many animals for you to get close to if you desire and an abundance of bird life on the property. The cottage has a comfortable veranda for you to relax and watch the horses and cattle graze. A country experience just 2 hrs drive from Sydney.

Bikini offers a newly renovated and refurbished unit, plus close proximity to the beach! The back door is 2 minutes walk to Surf Beach, where you can join the coastal walk from Minnamurra to Gerringong. At night you can hear the waves while drifting off to sleep. The unit is approx. 10 minutes walk from Kiama's shops, restaurants, markets, blowhole, rock pool, harbour, library, and train station (to Sydney). Leave your car at the property and walk everywhere!
