This family friendly vacation resort has it all a 2 swimming pools, private bay access, an observation deck overlooking the water, bbq pits with a picnic area, horseshoes, basketball court and shuffleboard. This downstairs condo unit is 4 miles from Rockport Beach Park, less than a mile from Fulton Fishing Pier which is surrounded by a number of restaurants and bars to enjoy. Pets allowed please add them to the guest list. No supplies provided for pets: please bring all your own necessities.

Our unit is ground level and shares only one wall with neighbors, it's brick, so you don't hear them at all! Very recently updated and remodeled with modern amenities and precious decor! 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths! It sleeps 8 comfortably. We are located on HWY 361 a short distance from the first beach access road, or you can use the boardwalk and walk or drive your golf cart. Washer/dryer in unit. We have 2 patios, and the complex has 2 pools. Wifi, cable and ROKU-enabled.
