Both bedrooms have zip and link king size beds, which can be split into single beds on request. Tethera Nook is the South East wing of Hylands with wonderful views. Set over three floors, surrounded by beautiful gardens, it has been renovated with great care, to the highest standard of design, using quality materials and finishes. It's a place to rest and unwind, to wander and sit in a garden full of wildlife, to gaze at the ever-changing views. It is 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the Riflemans Arms

It is a lovely place to stay for couples, walking groups and families with kids. APRIL-OCTOBER: FULL weeks, FRIDAYs ONLY. Rest of year, shorter breaks any day .

‘Betty’s Bothy’ is a small self-contained barn conversion, adjacent to HART Farm which offers therapeutic visits for children coping with life challenges. It will suit animal lovers (with or without their own well-behaved dog) as the animals can be seen from large windows and you may well wake to the sounds of a cockerel, the eeyore of mini donkeys or the bleating of pygmy goats. All the proceeds for this listing go towards the upkeep of the Hart Farm Animals.

A stunning barn conversion recently completed in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, Grassington. Our home offers incredible views of Wharfedale and is ideally located for a short walk to the main street, shops, cafes and pubs. There are plenty of adventures to discover on the doorstep with the underfloor heating and log burner waiting to warm you up on your return; or if the temperature permits a patio area to sit outside and watch the sunset over the dale.

Beautiful Cottage- Settle, North Yorkshire

Swift cottage is a recently refurbished hidden gem tucked away amongst the back streets of Settle in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. An ideal base for walkers, cyclists and families. The cottage has two bedrooms (one King, one double) a log burner for those cosy evenings in and a small patio area for enjoying a nice relaxing drink in those summer evenings after a long day walking or cycling. 1 well behaved dog welcome.

Ideally situated between The Yorkshire Dales (10 minutes drive) & The Lake District (40 minutes drive). Close to Bentham, North Yorkshire. Quiet & off the main road. There is plentiful supply of wild salmon and trout to fish. A wildlife haven for many birds and wild flowers. Wensleydale boasts extensive attractions. Such as the magnificent Aysgarth Falls and splendid Bolton Castle both walkable from the Bothy .
