Our home is close to both the Lakes and the sea, situated in the centre of the vibrant market town of Ulverston which is packed with a good variety of restaurants and non chain bars. The cottage was built in 1890 and is located in the heart of the town. The house has good kitchen stocked with all the basics, from herbs, condiments and even the odd tin of baked beans, so if you fancy cooking, you can!. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, friends and business travellers.

An ideal stopover for cyclists, walkers or lovers of the great outdoors. Mid-way point on the C2C cycle route. A welcome retreat for your weary body and after hard days work! Hot showers, comfy beds and awesome views. Bedding provided. If you are travelling light we can provide towels (£2 pp), hot drinks and a continental breakfast (£12pp) for you to help yourself in your self-catering kitchen. Please ask in advance.
