The kitchen is furnished with 2 portable induction cookers, microwave oven and a small oven for baking. Electricity is paid separately 6 Thb per KWh. 150 Thb for 1000 L of water.

Master bedroom has a king bed and an extra single bed. Two other bedrooms have queen beds, and there is a pullout couch, so can accommodate 8 guests for a very reasonable price. The townhouse has just finished an extensive renovation in April 2024, as well as all new furniture and beds.
