Cozy Kapiti Getaway

Our stylish place to stay is perfect for couples or singles who would like to enjoy what the Kapiti Coast has to offer. The space is self contained on the ground floor of our house with your own private access. This boasts a recently refurbished comfortable space. Your own spacious living area, bedroom, bathroom and use of the ground floor garden. Take a short drive or walk to explore nearby restaurants, a Saturday market and the local beach. Unwind in comfort at our cozy Kapiti getaway.

Sunny cosy getaway near beach

Charming self-contained upstairs suite, full of light, with lovely outlook on our beautiful seaside village. Five minutes walk to beach and Queen Elizabeth Park, a wonderful forest and dune environment great for walks, biking, picnics. Lively village centre 1.5 kms away, with a well stocked local shop, a fruit and veg shop, 3 cafes and a family friendly pub, railway station, regular music gigs and starting point for the famous Escarpment walk. It is an easy train or drive to Wellington.

Wanderlust, 10 mins to beach and No Cleaning fees.

A small guest suite apartment which is joined onto the main house. You have your own private shower room and a small kitchenette including small bench-top oven/grill, and fridge but no microwave or stove. Free Wifi and Full access to Netflix Parking is on the road and there are less than 10 steps and a sloped pathway leading up to the front door. We do have a new born child, and so you may hear some sounds from the house, but we don't think this should be a problem

As well as full cooking facilities. Time it right and you can help yourself to seasonal produce from the garden and free range eggs from our lovely chooks.

Observation Guest Suite

HOT TUB NOT AVAILABLE CURRENTLY. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. Our Guest Suite is attached to our Main House, has its own entrance and is totally independent of our Main Home. Tea, Coffee, toaster and microwave facilities, but no kitchen. We are very close to numerous takeout places and superb restaurants. We are a two minute drive to the Beach or fifteen minute walk.

Beautiful designer interiors with fabulous outdoor living. From morning sun in the kitchen window seat to evening sunsets on the living room balcony, you will be in holiday mode from the moment you arrive. Minutes walk to Old Beach Bakery for coffee and croissant, Waikanae golf course, Long Beach bar and restaurant for pizza and a jug of beer, and the beautiful Waikanae Beach for evening walks.

Giant pohutukawa and native trees on our 10 acre property bring in the birds.
