Cosy small studio apartment

Studio apartment for two persons is in a house with several apartments, on the ground floor with separate entrance. It is a quite small studio (20 m2) but has all necessary for two people on vacation. There is a table with two chairs outside. The house is situated 300 m from the city center and 400 m from the beach, it takes 10 minutes walk. There is a lot of free parking space near the house. The owner lives in the same house. Included in the price: parking, final cleaning, wi-fi, tourist tax.

Studio apartment for two in Baska

This charming studio is situated in walking zone, in the old 16th century house and in the hart of old Baška. This is the way to feel real rhythm of life in this village. Everything is around you on a walking distance: beaches, grocery shops, coffee bars, restaurants and our private parking place too (80 m away). Studio has a small window and it's medieval architecture to blame. Of course, less daily light has some advantages during hot summer days, because apartment stay cold and comfortable.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Charming studio apartment in a small quite village Bunica just 200 m from the sea, there is a little way under the main street to the beaches. Town Senj is 4 km away. Apartment is in a private house with courtyard and a parking place. It has flat TV, Wi-Fi,aircondition,heating,well equipped tea kitchen,all the necessery for cooking,bathroom with a little tub,basic toiletties set,towels,hair dryer,linen,private entrance and terace. Light-flooded apartment (loft) in a villa with a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains beyond. 65 m2 apartment with a roof terrace that offers a 250 degree view. 300 meters as the birds flies and 5 minutes on foot via a staircase to the sea. Very quiet residential area. Free parking space. The forest with paths for walking and hiking are just behind the house. Healthy living because ecological building materials were used. Cooling by floor cooling, no air condition

Not far from Baška, in Jurandvor, we offer a very comfortable and functional apartment. It is located on the first floor of a family house. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, a balcony with a beautiful view of the hills, nature and the sea. There is a sofa in the living room. There is also a separate bed for 1 person. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has a shower cabin. Guests can use the barbecue located in the garden.

Doris A2 - 100 m from the sea, separate entrance

The house is located just above the Baška harbour, with a small beach just 100 metres away and a 10 minute walk to the old town on one side and naturist camp Bunculuka on the other. There are restaurants and cafes within a 5-minute walking distance from the house. The apartment is on the ground floor and it has a very big terrace. In our house we have 3 apartments for max. 8 people. Each apartment has it own separate entrance.

Veranda - Seaview Apartment

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
