Newly renovated and beautifully decorated beach home centrally located to Penfield Beach and the center of town. Upon entering you will find an open floor concept with a spacious dining and living room and a half bath. On the second floor there is three bedrooms, two full baths, a washer and dryer. A quick walk to the beach or town center, you truly are in the best location. Veteran's Park is also a short walk away which has a playground, tennis courts bocce courts and outdoor space.
