Met 4 bedden, 2 complete badkamers, meerdere woonruimtes, een grote achtertuin en een zwembad op verzoek beschikbaar. Er zijn veel vermakelijke mogelijkheden in dit geweldige gastenverblijf. Het gastenverblijf is verbonden met de hoofdwoning door een grote breezeway. De veranda aan de achterkant is perfect voor een kopje koffie in de ochtend of een diner bij de open haard. Hoe je er ook voor kiest om het te gebruiken, we hopen dat je met geweldige herinneringen vertrekt!

Ontspan en kom tot rust in deze rustige, onlangs gerenoveerde ruimte, omgeven door hectaren prachtige eikenbomen. Geniet van de oase in de achtertuin en neem een duik in het zwembad of ontspan in de hottub. Je kunt ook genieten van een mooie BBQ in de buitencabana, ingericht met een Blackstone-grill, een full-size koelkast en een buitentelevisie. Het is ook de perfecte plek om te genieten van een rustige bookcation of te verblijven en al je favoriete films en shows te bekijken. Dit stukje hemel is het perfecte rustige uitje om tot rust te komen.

Een prachtig huis met 6 slaapkamers en 3,5 badkamers. Een groot perceel, volledig omheind in de achtertuin, met een zwembad in de grond en een hot tub! Een Nespresso-apparaat met koffiepads voor een uitnodigende en rijke kop koffie. Een professionele keuken die uitkomt in de grote woonkamer. Het huis ligt in de buurt van een golfbaan in Kirtley park en we hebben golfclubs beschikbaar voor onze gasten. Aan de overkant van de straat is er een meer en onze gasten kunnen gebruik maken van de kano's en kajaks die we bij het huis hebben.

Ontspan met het hele gezin op deze rustige plek om te verblijven. We hebben een mooi hoekhuis dat dicht bij de restaurants in Cleburne ligt en bij de tolweg die je naar Fort Worth brengt. We hebben ook een garage voor twee auto's met een 50 amp EV-aansluiting, dus neem je oplader mee! Je hoeft niet op zoek naar een oplaadpunt, je auto staat 's ochtends klaar. We hebben een tv in elke slaapkamer en een 98” tv in de woonkamer met geluidsinstallatie.

Wij zijn gevestigd in de veiligste historische buurt in Cleburne, om nog maar te zwijgen van de schattigste! We hebben hard gewerkt om dit huis uit de jaren 40 te restaureren met veel karakter en charme. In feite houden we zoveel van deze buurt dat we een blok verder wonen. Je zult ook genieten aan een centrale ligging. De rit naar het centrum, het Hulen-park, Splash Station of heb liggen op minder dan 2 minuten afstand!
