Hepscott is a quiet pretty village two miles south of Morpeth. There is easy access from both the A1 and the A19. Morpeth is an attractive busy market town with ample shopping, dining and drinking establishments. Nearby there are beautiful beaches and historic castles. Northumberland is an ideal destination for walkers and cyclists. Here at Hazel Cottage we can offer secure storage for bicycles and free parking. Morpeth railway station is close by with regular trains from London and the north.

A quiet cosy cottage, hidden just steps away from Tynemouth’s famous Longsands and King Edwards Beaches. Favourites with local surfers and cold water swimmers. Longsands Hideaway offers a little pocket of peace amongst all the action. A 5-minute stroll from Tynemouth Front Streets array of boutique shops, restaurants, bars and the weekend Flea Market at the Victorian Station. Three bedroomed detached bungalow on a working farm sleeping 6 guests. Spacious kitchen with oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, large living/dining area/conservatory overlooking the decking and rear garden. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom overlooks the farm yard and has a double bed and the third bedroom has twin beds overlooking the rear garden. There is an additional side garden area with shepherds hut garden room to enjoy.

The Annexe on High Woodside Farm is an ideal location for couples or families who want to visit the North East of England It is a 15 minute drive to Durham and a 30 minute drive to Newcastle and Sunderland a 40 minute drive. The Annexe has an open plan kitchen, diner and lounge on the ground floor with a bathroom, consisting of toilet, sink and shower and 2 bedrooms on the first floor. It is very light and modern and has a small courtyard.

Stow House Farm Cottages, Ivy Cottage

Ivy Cottage is a lovely two bedroom cottage on a rural farm 20 minutes drive from historic Durham. This pretty little cottage comfortably sleeps four guests and has been converted from the farm’s old tractor barn. For those wanting to holiday in larger groups we also have Cornmill Cottage and Bramble Cottage next door which sleep 6 and 3 guests respectively.
