Ik ben Cornell Professor. We wonen sinds 1983 in dit gebouwde huis uit 1926 in een korte doodlopende straat. Sunset Park ligt op twee huizen afstand. Ik kan in 15 minuten naar Cornell lopen. 3 verdiepingen tellend huis; uitzicht op Cayuga meer. Geweldig huis voor entertainment (hebben meer dan30 personen in één keer in huis gehad). Parkeergelegenheid buiten de straat gratis. Volledig ingericht. Ik ben 24/7 beschikbaar als dat nodig is. Ideaal voor een gezin van meerdere generaties om Cornell te zien afstuderen of om andere grote evenementen in Cornell bij te wonen. Dorpje van Cayuga Heights vergunning # H2324.

Gezellige afgelegen villa-zuid skaneateles-bubbelbad

Ontsnap naar een bosvilla met uitzicht op het Skaneateles-meer - een toevluchtsoord met 7,5 hectare ongerept land, een privézwembad en een jacuzzi omlijst door een panoramisch uitzicht op het meer. Je vindt volledige isolatie zonder de toegang op te offeren. De omliggende bossen en natuurgebieden creëren een buffer die zo diep is dat je je ver weg voelt, maar de charme (en benodigdheden) van Skaneateles blijven slechts enkele minuten verderop. Het is de perfecte paradox: wild genoeg om te verdwijnen, verbonden genoeg om moeiteloos te verkennen.

Boerderij aan de Cayuga Shoreline

De Cayuga Shoreline ligt in het hart van de Finger Lakes op ongeveer 30 minuten van Ithaca en is het perfecte vakantieoord aan het meer voor groepen. De boerderij biedt plaats aan maximaal 14 personen en het hele gebouw is onlangs gerenoveerd. Geniet van het uitzicht op het meer vanuit bijna elke kamer, samen met toegang tot het meer. OPMERKING: deze accommodatie is exclusief de huisjes, omdat ze gesloten zijn van 1 november tot 1 mei. Als je extra accommodatie nodig hebt, hebben we een prachtig appartement met drie slaapkamers naast de deur.
