Interior designed self-contained studio with bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and private garden. Please note there is no parking at the property. Lymington Town train station is a four minute walk. There are several nearby car parks and overnight street parking. Lymington has a thriving Saturday market and high street. The quay, marinas and IOW ferry terminal are all a short walk away and the new forest is very close. Please note the host has a dog who may sometimes be in the shared garden.

Modern purpose built self contained chalet, next to the house but with its own private entrance and private pergola area with canvas sides complete with cosy seating & lighting plus hot tub! Situated in East Cowes. The house was part of the Osborne estate so we are situated right next to Osborne House, also a 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk from East Cowes Red Funnel. We are also on a main bus route to Newport or Ryde. There is private access & your own parking space. It is an ideal location.

A beautiful two bedroom guest house, one of two lets tucked away at the end of our garden in a lovely quiet area situated directly on the cliff path with a short 3min walk down to the beach (hill back up from beach!) . Perfect location for amazing cycle rides and walks. One Double bedroom, One bunk bedroom for Children + sofa bed for extra guests if agreed. There is parking to the front of the main house and a short walk to the property. A private shed for storing your bikes during your stay.

Our annex is fully furnished and ready for self-catering holidays or short stays. Situated at the end of a quiet unmade road surrounded by fields on three sides, and just a few minutes’ walk from Totland Bay, it is ideal as base for walker's, cyclists, beach goers or those who just want to get away from it all. With its own entrance, decked area, and access to the local network of footpaths, you can come and go as you please. COVID-19 UPDATE : Additional touch point cleaning carried out

The Cabin at Howe Lodge

A lovely garden cabin with vintage details. It's very comfortable, quiet, with sea views nearby. It's a short walk to the beach and coastal path. The village, pubs and restaurants are also within walking distance. The cabin is in the garden of the main home, but very private. There is a toilet and a wash basin within the cabin. The heated shower is outdoors with sea views! We offer a simple and tasty complimentary breakfast served in your cabin or on our deck (weather permitting).

Cosy self contained studio next to, but separate to our family home located on the outskirts of Newport. 20 minute walk to the town centre and local amenities. 10 minute walk to the historic Carisbrooke castle and beautiful walks in the surrounding area. We are on a bus route. Private access to the property and free on street parking. Studio 114 offers a double bedroom, bathroom, kettle, toaster, microwave and mini fridge, TV, free Wi-Fi and small patio space with table and chairs.

We are based next to the coastal path with easy access to the beach, the seaside towns of Shanklin and Sandown and a host of local shops and amenities within easy distance. We cannot wait to welcome you to our little gem right by the sea.

Cosy Self Catering Annex 1 bedroom, 2 double beds

Castle Copse Annexe is a lovely compact modern self catering property situated in a quiet housing estate & named after the beautiful small copse, a few minutes walk away. Stroll through copse, and it will lead you to the town centre, where you will find shops, cafe's, pharmacies, & supermarkets. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach. The annexe is only suitable for a max of 2 persons and unsuitable for small children due to the stairs, and furniture layout next to the stairs.
