Welcome to our Little Yellow House where you can relax on the front porch with your morning coffee, or a glass of wine in he afternoon. Located close to downtown. Lake Norman State Park is just minutes away. Our house is equipped with everything to make your stay comfortable. The queen size beds were new in September of 2021. A large desk in the bedroom accommodates a laptop and multiple monitors. A BBQ grill is available for your use. We hope you come for a visit.

Located in a quiet neighborhood only 1.5 miles off I-77, the Loft is a private second floor guesthouse overlooking Lake Norman. You'll also have access to an outdoor balcony, kayaks, paddle boards, the lake, beach, fire pit, and gazebo.

Only 5 minutes away from Lake Norman State Park where you may enjoy hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, and boating! Chickadee Farms a quick drive across Troutman (5 miles distance).
