MacLeod Cove: secluded cottage with private shore

MacLeod Cove is a 3-bedroom cottage on the Bras d'Or, Cape Breton's beautiful inland sea. Enjoy ocean views and private cove, within 25 minutes drive of Baddeck, North Sydney (Newfoundland ferry terminal), and the Cabot Trail. Smoking and fires of any kind are not permitted anywhere on the property. The cottage is very private, surrounded by forest and sea. It typically has good cell phone coverage and we have wifi. The Cottages at Inverness Station are the vision of three golfing buddies. These professionally designed and decorated “brand new” homes were built by local craftsmen in 2019 and are located in the heart of the village of Inverness. As our guest, you are just steps from fabled Cabot Links, iconic Inverness Beach and surrounded by all the amenities the village has to offer, shopping, dining and entertainment. These cottages are fully equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay.

Waterfront 4 bedroom house with hot tub

Welcome to “Point Beithe” (birch point in Gaelic). This beautiful home sits on its own point surrounded by 180° of Mira River waterfront age. You will also enjoy access to your own small private island that is connected by a shallow sand bar. Sit out on the large deck or floating dock to enjoy the views of the river, launch kayaks, paddle boards, and swim. We have signed up for the strongest internet service offered in the area (Starlink). Cellular reception is not great in the area.

Woodsy Cabin on the Bras d'Or

Beautiful, rustic cabin sits cozily surrounded by woodlands. This one room retreat boasts a south west vista of the Bras d'Or Lake, includes a veranda with gorgeous sunsets, king size bed and access to the beach. It is half way between Baddeck and Sydney and a perfect spot for anyone travelling the Cabot Trail. Firewood provided for fire pit if the burn ban is not in effect. Kayaks are available to use at your own risk, with life jackets, and if you are experienced in paddling.

(Wood provided) Five minute walk to the lovely L'abri restaurant and bar, just a little further to The Doryman music venue.

Welcome to "The Cedar Cottage" @ Mira Riverfront Getaway. A recently renovated 2 bed, 1 bathroom cottage that sleeps 5 guests. The cottage features amazing views and over 150 ft of waterfrontage for you to enjoy. Spend the day swimming, kayaking, or relaxing on one of your two private decks. In the evenings, cozy up around the fire pit, stargaze from the hammock or get your sweat on in the barrel sauna ! The perfect spot for families and couples!

This one bedroom cottage is located in Margaree Centre. Our four, full housekeeping cottages sit along the Margaree River, just minutes from the Cabot Trail. Cottage 3 has been recently renovated inside and out. New bathroom, upgraded kitchen, and a queen bed with a luxury Logan & Cove mattress. The cottage also has a sofa bed in the living area for extra sleeping space. Check in is anytime after 3pm. Check out is 11am.
